Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic vision framework, aligning technological capabilities with market evolution
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends across quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Architect scenario-planning models for 3-5 year strategic pivots using predictive analytics
- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present future-state roadmaps to stakeholders with compelling data visualization and executive storytelling
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight accuracy and implementation success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future-state roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or MBA with strategic focus
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
