Responsibilities

- Lead research initiatives in sustainable tech and carbon-negative computing
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates to pioneer breakthrough applications
- Mentor a team of 15+ specialists across 5 innovation domains
- Secure $10M+ in funding for experimental projects
- Develop patent portfolios with 15+ annual filings
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and UN Technology Summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading large-scale tech innovation teams
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of launching commercialized breakthrough tech
- Fluency in at least 3 programming languages (Python, Rust, Q#)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-adjacent projects
