Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech, and climate resilience solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen interfaces (AR/VR/metaverse)
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with ESG and SDG frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats/opportunities in AI ethics and decentralized systems
- Architect scalable infrastructure supporting 10B+ connected devices
- Drive innovation through our $50M annual R&D incubator program
- Present strategic briefings to global stakeholders at Davos-style forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale experience
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching products with >$1B market impact
- Published author in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Web3 protocols (blockchain, NFTs, DeFi)
- Certification in ISO 26000 and TCFD frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on 2020s tech convergence
