Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing minimum viable prototypes for 2026-era applications
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Present disruptive technology strategies to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Ensure compliance with emerging regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Drive commercialization of experimental technologies through agile development methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Biotechnology with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from government/private sources
- Prior leadership in Fortune 500 innovation labs or unicorn-scale tech ventures
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations in relevant fields
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF) and Ethical AI Governance
