Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Proven track record of implementing technology roadmaps with multi-year horizons
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and synthetic biology trends
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
