Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-generation product portfolios aligned with 5-year technological evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate R&D breakthroughs
- Present visionary technology forecasts to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-ready technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (IEEE, ACM, or similar)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Portfolio of launched products with 5+ year vision implementation
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., APF foresight certification)
