Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech with proven futurist or CTO experience
- PhD in computational science or equivalent innovation credentials
- Published research in AI ethics or quantum systems (Nature/Science preferred)
- Portfolio of deployed technologies affecting 1M+ users
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Fluency in at least 3 programming languages (Python, Rust, Prolog)
- Track record of scaling teams from 10 to 100+ innovators
