Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech integration)
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with organizational growth targets
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Monitor global tech disruption signals and provide actionable strategic recommendations
- Present technology forecasts and innovation frameworks to stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication abilities to articulate visionary concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
