Responsibilities
- Forecast global tech trends and their market impact through 2026 using proprietary predictive analytics
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Build patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies with our legal innovation lab
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio of successfully commercialized innovations
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global market analysis)
