Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and neural interfaces
- Lead scenario planning for climate-resilient infrastructure and smart city ecosystems
- Partner with NASA, Dell, and UT Austin on next-gen R&D initiatives
- Conduct foresight analysis on biotech convergence and human augmentation
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and government innovation councils
- Build startup partnerships in decentralized finance and Web3 infrastructure
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technology adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on 2020+ innovations
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar high-impact journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools like Gartner Hype Cycle or Deloitte Tech Trends
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech strategies with measurable ROI
- Clearance for federal innovation partnerships (or ability to obtain)
- Fluency in Python and data visualization tools for trend analysis
