- Mentor internal teams on future-readiness and innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AGI, neurotech) and regulatory landscapes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or equivalent
