Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems and biotech integration
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech investments with 2026 business objectives
- Author white papers on emerging tech ethics and regulatory frameworks
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT and Stanford partnerships
- Represent Horizon at global tech summits including Davos and Web Summit
- Oversee development of prototype labs for next-gen human-computer interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Deep expertise in at least three 2026-relevant domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Security clearance for federal tech partnership projects
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
