Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech interfaces) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps and implementation frameworks for enterprise clients
- Design and prototype future-facing solutions in our innovation lab
- Present findings to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Build and lead a cross-functional team of futurists and technologists
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Produce thought leadership content and industry forecasts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused technologies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong public speaking and executive communication skills
- Published research in technology forecasting or innovation journals
