Responsibilities
- Research and synthesize emerging technology trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech integration) into actionable strategic frameworks
- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals and market disruption analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using agile methodologies and rapid iteration cycles
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups to accelerate technology adoption
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Champion ethical tech development through our 'Responsible Innovation' framework and governance protocols
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Future Studies, or related quantitative field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging technologies or foresight methodologies
- Proven track record of launching at least two technology ventures or products with global impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and disruption modeling frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures and AI governance frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Studies (AFS) or equivalent preferred
