Responsibilities
- Research and forecast technological trends impacting 2026, including AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across product development and operations
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions with measurable ROI
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate emerging technologies against business objectives
- Present insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for early access to innovations
- Document and disseminate knowledge through whitepapers and internal thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least three future-tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., CFTE, Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent training
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation initiatives
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation preferred
