Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology vision roadmap with emphasis on AI ethics, quantum computing integration, and decentralized systems
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields including neuromorphic computing, bio-digital interfaces, and climate-positive tech
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology forecasts and innovation frameworks to investors and board members
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for futuristic technology incubation projects
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar Tier-1 journals
- Experience with technology horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/C++/Rust)
