Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) shaping 2026 landscapes
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-readiness into organizational strategy
- Curate and evaluate emerging technologies for acquisition opportunities
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech summits
- Mentor teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in predicting tech adoption curves (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging domains: generative AI, neurotech, or spatial computing
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or equivalent experience
- Exceptional storytelling skills to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (white papers, keynotes)
- Experience scaling innovation in enterprise environments
