Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps by analyzing emerging trends, patent filings, and academic research
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption strategies
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies including AGI, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire breakthrough startups
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on 2026 technology implications
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-machine collaboration
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing technology investment decisions
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio of published futurist work or technology impact assessments
