Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Partner with global research institutions on DARPA-style innovation projects
- Present future-tech scenarios to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 5+ years R&D experience
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Familiarity with futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong programming skills (Python, C++, R) and ML framework expertise
