Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for next-gen digital infrastructure
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market disruptions with 3-5 year foresight
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology vision with business objectives
- Manage pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with real-world implementation
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Build strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech innovators
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or innovation leadership role
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready technology solutions
- Exceptional analytical skills with systems thinking and scenario planning expertise
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon scanning)
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences and technical teams
- Published research or thought leadership in technology innovation
