Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying emerging tech disruptors
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations in quantum/AI convergence
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and investors
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership published in industry journals
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in emerging technologies (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of patenting breakthrough innovations
- Experience presenting at Davos, CES, or similar global forums
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Biotechnology
- Portfolio of future technology impact assessments
