Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients post-2025
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype systems for quantum-AI integration
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on disruptive technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives on tech's societal impact
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance in 2030+ ecosystems
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years post-2020 innovation leadership
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent on emerging technologies
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, climate tech, neural interfaces
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain government-level clearance
