Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2024-2026 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop comprehensive future-state scenarios for AI, biotech, and quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on 2026 technology roadmaps
- Translate foresight insights into product development strategies and innovation pipelines
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological readiness and adoption maturity
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external partners
- Author thought leadership publications on next-gen technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
- Demonstrated success in translating technological trends into business value
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio of published futurism or technology strategy work required
