Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, AI ethics frameworks, etc.)
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish industry thought leadership through keynote speeches and white papers
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven disruption impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Experience scaling innovative concepts from concept to market leadership
- Strong network with technology pioneers and research institutions
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Forecasting preferred
