Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and biocomputing systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen interfaces (neural interfaces, holographic UIs)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on disruptive technologies (nanotech fusion, decentralized AI networks)
- Architect ethical frameworks for sentient AI and autonomous systems governance
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum hardware startups and synthetic biology pioneers
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $15M annual innovation budget with ROI-focused technology investments
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on future technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum machine learning, neuro-interfaces, synthetic genomics
- Patent portfolio with minimum 5 granted patents in future-tech domains
- Experience scaling R&D teams from concept to market-ready products
