Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations across AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through agile development cycles
- Analyze emerging tech trends and patent landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-machine symbiosis
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Deep understanding of ethical tech governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Published author or keynote speaker at major tech conferences (e.g., CES, Web Summit)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
