- Pioneer ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Identify and commercialize breakthrough applications in climate tech, personalized medicine, and immersive computing
- Represent company at global tech forums (Davos, Web Summit, CES) as thought leader
- Mentor next-gen engineers in future-proofing skills and exponential thinking
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years in R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling quantum computing or neural network projects
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/private innovation funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
