Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap with quarterly impact reviews
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives across quantum, AI, and biotech convergence domains
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members with data-driven confidence
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Innovation Academy program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep expertise in technology ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex emergent behaviors
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Experience leading global distributed innovation teams
