- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 12+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in future-tech planning
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven experience leading $50M+ R&D initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning for technological disruption
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning paradigms
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFI) or equivalent
