Responsibilities
- Lead research and strategic planning for 2026 technology landscape including quantum AI, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market disruption timelines
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our Future Labs
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging tech risks and opportunities
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on technology convergence trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or climate-tech innovation
- Track record of translating complex technical concepts into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
