Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate-tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype next-gen user experiences
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technologies
- Collaborate with R&D on patentable innovations
- Measure KPIs for technology adoption maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ in futurism or R&D leadership
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or sustainable AI
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in Futures Studies (CFP) or equivalent
- Portfolio of implemented 5-year tech strategies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
