- Drive patent portfolio expansion targeting 15+ breakthrough innovations annually
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and next-gen AI
- Present technology forecasts to Fortune 500 executive boards and government task forces
- Mentor QuantumLeap's Future Fellows program for emerging tech talent
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Engineering with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record deploying AI/quantum solutions at scale (Fortune 500 scale preferred)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (EU AI Act, US NIST standards)
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor roadmap through 2030 (Moore's Law 2.0)
