- Author thought leadership papers in IEEE and Nature journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or Future Studies with 8+ years experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic engineering
- Proven track record scaling AI systems to 10M+ concurrent users
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants for emerging tech
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for international partnerships
