Responsibilities

- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with enterprise-scale potential
- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for emerging innovations (quantum AI, neurointerfaces, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and manage an internal innovation incubator with dedicated R&D resources
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and venture capital firms
- Mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and futurists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi analysis, scenario planning, S-curves)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
