Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum AI, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships with government agencies and VCs
- Architect scalable prototypes for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Publish thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE) and keynote global tech summits
- Mentor PhD researchers and guide patent portfolios covering 50+ innovations
- Drive ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum encryption
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years in R&D leadership
- Proven track record delivering breakthrough technologies with $10M+ budgets
- Expertise in at least 3 of: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology
- Published 20+ peer-reviewed papers or 15+ patents in emerging tech
- Experience securing government grants (DARPA, NSF) or corporate venture funding
- Strong network connections with top-tier research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
