Responsibilities
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2028, focusing on AI ethics, quantum integration, and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen systems using emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Design human-centered frameworks for ethical AI deployment and quantum computing accessibility
- Present findings to C-suite executives and industry thought leaders at global innovation forums
- Mentor junior futurists in speculative design methodologies and technology forecasting
- Collaborate with venture capital partners to identify promising startups for strategic acquisition
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Futurology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at tech-forward organizations
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or generative AI
- Proven track record of translating theoretical concepts into market-ready solutions
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in reputable tech journals (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
