Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify market disruption vectors and innovation whitespace
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Translate complex future scenarios into executive-level decision frameworks
- Author thought leadership content positioning company at technology inflection points
- Manage horizon scanning initiatives across emerging tech ecosystems
- Build and lead a dedicated futures research incubator team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
