Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps for emerging tech verticals (quantum computing, bio-integration, etc.)
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for global market disruptions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Monitor horizon scanning signals and adjust strategy quarterly
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget allocation across pilot projects
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or tech innovation
- Proven track record developing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Fluency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
