Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech/energy sectors

- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network within MIT, Stanford, or similar innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Physics, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
