Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic frameworks using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute future-proof initiatives across AI, biotech, and sustainable tech sectors
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive opportunities and market inflection points
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics for 2026 strategic objectives
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D to translate future concepts into commercializable solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in predictive modeling and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives launched in past 3 years
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies required
