Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- AI & Quantum: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning models, and foundational principles of Quantum Computing.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Architecture: Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed system design.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor high-performing engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
