Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, resilient infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise-grade AI and quantum integration by 2026.
- Technical Roadmapping: Define and communicate the long-term technical vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging industry standards.
- Lead Innovation Labs: Spearhead R&D initiatives to prototype and validate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., LLM fine-tuning, edge AI, spatial computing).
- High-Level Mentoring: Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and strategic thinking.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or hands-on architect role.
- Core Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proven experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Emerging Tech: Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and their deployment in production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and make high-stakes technical decisions under pressure.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
