Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the company's vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies, including generative AI, cloud-native architectures, and quantum computing readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to translate high-level business strategies into technical requirements.
- Oversee the modernization of legacy systems to ensure scalability and operational efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks that could impact the delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of technology initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, IT management, or a related executive leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of current and future technology trends, including cloud computing (AWS/Azure), data analytics, and cybersecurity.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant advanced degree (Master’s or MBA) preferred.
