Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-era innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruptors
- Identify and validate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) with commercial potential
- Execute go-to-market strategies for future-focused products/services
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring innovation ROI and market readiness
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with rigorous financial oversight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation/technology leadership
- Proven track record launching future-focused products (2018-2025)
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Futuristics
- Strong financial modeling and P&L management experience
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
- Experience scaling global innovation teams
