- Report directly to CTO on quarterly innovation milestones and pivots
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and tech adoption curves
- Strong financial modeling skills for innovation portfolio management
