- Secure $10M+ in innovation funding through strategic partnerships and investor relations
- Establish FutureHorizon as a thought leader through industry publications and conference keynotes
- Mentor next-gen innovators and build an ecosystem of startup partnerships
- Drive R&D initiatives with 30% YoY growth in patent portfolio
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership, with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record of launching $5M+ innovation initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and market disruption
- Executive presence with successful investor relations and partnership development
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation/tech journals
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
