- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, validating, and scaling disruptive market opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to forecast industry disruptors and competitive shifts
- Forge strategic partnerships with global research institutions, startups, and government bodies
- Present innovation roadmaps and investment proposals to executive stakeholders and investors
- Oversee R&D pipeline management and technology adoption lifecycle for 2026 initiatives
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies across global markets
- Expertise in sustainability frameworks (ESG, circular economy, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Future Studies with strategic focus
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CMI, PDMA) or futures forecasting
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets and managing complex stakeholder ecosystems
