Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience.
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with $100M+ revenue impact.
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and future-trend methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing matrixed teams across R&D, marketing, and engineering.
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA/MSc preferred).
- Fluency in innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Strategic Foresight).
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and P&L.
