- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and product architects
- Establish KPIs for 2026 market readiness and competitive positioning
- Forge strategic alliances with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with demonstrated 5-year horizon planning success
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate modeling
- Track record of launching products with 5+ year R&D cycles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience securing $100M+ innovation funding from public/private sources
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and AI ethics
