Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year strategic roadmaps targeting 2026 technology adoption curves and market disruptions

- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on 2026 societal and economic impacts
- Integrate future scenario planning into product development and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term strategic plans with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3.0, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Technology, or related field
- Published author or recognized speaker at global innovation conferences
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, horizon scanning)
